Impiana Resort, Samui (formerly the Victorian Resort) has a personal touch that is very evident. A giant Tamarind tree, which is situated right in the heart of the hotel has been standing here for almost 150 years, providing shade and beauty to the place. Its age dates back to the reign of the Queen Victoria of Great Britain.

The Impiana Resort Samui is along the seashore of the unspoiled Chaweng Noi beach, facing the clear blue sea. The name of the hotel is inspired from a giant Tamarind tree situated right in the heart of the hotel, its branches provide shade and beauty. The rooms and bungalows are simply and comfortably furnished. Formerly known as the Victorian Resort.
